About Kait
Kait Strong is the designer and founder of KAITGRACE, a bespoke bridal atelier in Paddington, Brisbane. She designed the studio to be open, calm, and unhurried — a working atelier where the craft is visible and honest. For Kait, what you wear on your wedding day isn't superficial — it's one of the most considered choices you'll make.
With formal training in Industrial Design and Fashion, and over a decade in couture bridal houses across Melbourne and Brisbane, Kait brings a refreshingly honest and considered approach to custom wedding gowns. Her industrial design background shapes how she approaches every dress: as a study in structure, form, aesthetic, and the intimate relationship between fabric and body.
Working across bridal ateliers and boutiques, Kait saw firsthand what brides truly needed: not more choices, but trusted creative direction. KAITGRACE was founded on this understanding — offering patient collaboration and expert guidance to help each bride articulate and achieve her vision.
Working directly with European mills and fabric agents worldwide, Kait sources exquisite materials — fabrics that embody feminine sophistication and textured elegance. She accepts only a limited number of brides each year, personally overseeing every detail from consultation to final fitting in her heritage-listed Paddington studio.
